Amblyseius swirskii is a predatory mite used to suppress immature thrips, two-spotted spider mites, cyclamen (or strawberry) mites (Phytonemus pallidus), broad mites (Polyphagotarsonemus latus) and mites of the genus Schizotetranychus in ornamental, fruit and market garden crops.
